Women care about health more than men. It's offical.. it is not a stereotype.. it's the truth.. well in my world it is. To all my male friends out there and for those who don't go to the doctors. Go get yourself checked out.. it takes an hour. Kidney Failure can have no signs or symptoms.. and it usually isn't detected unless you are getting other tests done. In Tim't case it was because of his blood pressure. If he had just stuck with his normal routine check up at the primary care doctor he wouldn't have found out, so those of you who don't get blood work done.. just suck it up and get it done. Blood can tell a lot... it's not just there for an STD test... eventhough that is just as important, but it truly can help in many ways. Also... donate blood. It takes twenty minutes and you usually get snacks, a sticker, and free hugs. I said this on my facebook status but I want to thank whoever donated blood for Tim's transfusion today because without it he would not have been able to have a biopsy tomorrow... you boys and your toughness.. please go get checked out.. have a friend come with you. It really is no big deal and if you think about it.. it is nothing but an inconvienence... and in all actuality.. the inconvienece can save your life.
Pray for Timothy.. Keep him in your thoughts.. He is strong and will fight no matter what... But this should be a lesson learned to go get routinely checked out.
