The Big Biopsy day

So today Tim will have his Biopsy.. A busy morning for him.. They woke him up every couple hours to give him blood pressure medication and told him after midnight he could not eat. They were supposed to have his biopsy in the morning.. but Typical hospital time they pushed it to 4:30pm this afternoon. Some doctors said he could eat, others didn't so the final decision was that he cannot eat until after the biopsy is completed. He is not a happy camper and while they were explaining why he couldnt eat they brought his breakfast. He is grump so we are taking it easy and he is taking a nap until they come in and prepare him for this. I did the dumbest thing I could and looked up information on the internet. I now am scared shitless again and want to cry, but about 5 doctors came in today and said the same thing to me. Most likely nephritis which is causing the filtration system to not function properly. They are allowing little tiny amounts of blood into the urine and also protein. Which is a big sign of inflammed kidneys. His ultrasound also came back with definite signs of enlarged kidneys and also two cysts which they think have nothing to do with the kidney failure but they are going to check that as well. We should hear something by tomorrow morning and some more stuff the following days. That is all we know right about now. Still no visitors unless its immediate family.  will keep you posted
